Another clean winter upgrade rolling through the shop ❄️🛥️

This Donzi is getting a fresh dash panel made and an electronics upgrade, replacing the existing Lowrance with a Simrad GO9 (9”) chartplotter/navigation system.

While it’s here, we’re also running through our standard in-shop check-over:
✅ Rigging + helm function check
✅ Electrical/connection inspection for the new install
✅ General systems review while everything is accessible

Happy Friday from the shop 👋
Wrapping up another solid winter project before the weather moves in.

This boat was in with us for:
• Generator & motor maintenance
• Toilet reseal
• Overall system check to keep everything tight, dry, and ready

Winter is when the details matter most, and getting ahead of the small stuff now helps avoid big problems later.

⚠️ With a winter storm expected this weekend, we want everyone to stay safe. Whether your boat is stored inside or outdoors, here are a few quick reminders:

If your boat is stored indoors:
• Check battery tenders and power connections
• Make sure no water lines or systems were missed during winterization
• Inspect for any leaks after temperature swings

If your boat is stored outdoors:
• Confirm shrink wrap or covers are tight and properly vented
• Clear heavy snow buildup to avoid stress on covers and supports
• Check straps, supports, and drainage after the storm passes

This performance cat is in with us for a round of winter updates while it’s off the water! 😎
✔ Minor re-wiring cleanup
✔ Trailer service in progress
✔ New trailer tires going on
✔ Red trailer accents being converted to black
✔ Additional black paint touch-ups for a cleaner, uniform finish
(Although we are not quite done yet, we are excited to share the final product with you all soon!)
